(“POET” or the “company“) PTKPOETthe designer and developer of the POET Optical Interposer™, photonic integrated circuits (PICs) and light sources for the data center, telecom and artificial intelligence markets, announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Stockhouse Publishing, Ltd., a division of The Market Herald , a leading source for stock market news.

The agreement covers a 12-month period during which POET will leverage a variety of new tools and services offered by Stockhouse to raise awareness of the company among major investors. POET will continue to use social media and internet marketing to distribute existing and newly created content to targeted audiences in Canada, the US and Europe.

Stockhouse.com is a premier stock exchange forum and home to the largest community of active investors and market makers in North America, reaching over 3 million active investors each month. It is a division of The Market Herald, one of the fastest growing cross-platform news publishers in Australia, Canada and Germany, which is now expanding into the United States.

The Company will pay C$100,000 for which it will select from a variety of standard and customized advertising and marketing campaigns throughout the year to reach target investor audiences. In July of this year, the company terminated its agreement with North Equities.
