NEW YORK, April 20, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Pomerantz LLP announces that a class action lawsuit has been filed against Horizon Bancorp, Inc. (“Horizon” or the “Company”). HBNC, and certain officers. The class action lawsuit, filed in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York and registered at 23-cv-02961, is being brought on behalf of a class consisting of all persons and entities other than the defendants who own securities of Horizon purchased or otherwise acquired between March 9, 2022 and March 10, 2023, both dates inclusive (the “Collection Period”), to recover damages caused by the Defendants’ violations of the federal securities laws and remedies under the Sections 10(b) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the “Exchange Act”) and Rule 10b-5 enacted thereunder, against the Company and certain of its senior officers.
