NEW YORK, Jan. 26, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Pomerantz LLP announces that a class action lawsuit has been filed against Argo Blockchain plc (“Argo” or the “Company”), ARBK ARBKL))) and certain officers and directors. The class action, filed in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York and registered at 23-cv-00572, is brought on behalf of a class consisting of all persons and entities other than the defendants who purchased or otherwise acquired: ( a) Argo American Depository Shares (“ADSs”) pursuant to and/or traceable to the offering documents (defined below) issued in connection with the Company’s initial public offering on or about September 23, 2021 (the “IPO” or the “Offering” ) were published ); and/or (b) Argo Securities between September 23, 2021 and October 10, 2022, both dates inclusive (the “Collection Period”).
