Praetorian Global, Inc.a well-known trademark owner and intellectual property provider in the cannabis and hemp industry, has signed licensing agreements with Rise Wellness Holdings Inc. AAWH AAWHa multi-state cannabis operator.

As part of the agreement, the Binske and Oni brands will be launched in the Illinois, New Jersey and Massachusetts markets later this year. “Illinois, Massachusetts and New Jersey represent some of the fastest growing markets in the industry and we look forward to working with AWH to take advantage of this significant opportunity,” added Pasternack.

According to BDS Analytics, IllinoisMassachusetts and New Jersey are among the top 11 in estimated total cannabis sales in 2023, accounting for over 17% of the U.S. market and with projected growth of approximately 21.6% for 2023.
