Russian President Wladimir Putin vowed to deliver modern equipment and weapons as the Situation in four Ukrainian regions becomes ‘extremely difficult’.
What happened: In a video address on Security Agency Labor Day, Putin said his army in four regions – Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhia – the Russia annexed in September I am “now faced with difficult tasks”.
