SciSparc Ltd. SPRC announced that SciSparc Nutraceuticals Inc., its wholly owned subsidiary, has signed an agreement with logistics facilities in New Jersey, USA, as part of SciSparc Nutraceuticals’ plans to sell its WellutionTM products (“the Brand”) to new online platforms to expand

The logistics facilities are located near the second largest port in the USA, Newark Airport and JFK Airport in New York. The logistics facilities offer a total of 100,000 square feet with 20 loading docks for loading and unloading of containers and trucks. The facilities handle the supply chain, inventory, and order fulfillment for many e-commerce businesses.

“Success of an online brand depends, among other things, on operational efficiencies and low costs that enable high margins on every sale. Establishing access to an advanced logistics infrastructure to support our transition from selling our products on Amazon to direct selling and expanding to an additional e-commerce platform is a key element in our plans going forward,” commented Oz Adler, Chief Executive Officer of SciSparc, “The facilities we work with offer a wide range of services – from receiving and warehousing space for WellutionTM products, order fulfillment, direct shipping to the brand’s customers, and more platforms to bring the brand’s products to the bring to market”.
