STOCKHOLM, December 30, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Skanska has signed a contract to renovate a healthcare facility in New-York, New-York, UNITED STATES. The contract is worth it $60 millionabove 610 million SEK, which will be included in US orders for the fourth quarter of 2022.

The project scope is a multi-phase renovation that includes early intervention work, new common areas, offices, laboratories and related MEP upgrades.

Construction is underway and is expected to be completed in October 2025.
