Starlink Internet rolls out on Florida’s Brightline trains

Starlink Internet Services operated by SpaceXis now available as a free service on certain Brightline trains.

What happened: Starlink internet is available on Brightline trains serving South Florida between Miami and West Palm Beach, the intercity rail operator said in a statement Tuesday. It will also be available soon for the Miami to Orlando fleet due to launch this year.

“We are delighted to be working with Brightline to roll out Starlink across their fleet, which will give all Brightline passengers access to high-speed, low-latency internet, which is vital in our modern age – whether or not you’re using your Finishing work to commute to stay connected with friends and family or just stream a movie,” said SpaceX vice president of Starlink Commercial Sales Jonathan Hofeller.
