In its ongoing pursuit of excellence on and off the field, the Department of Athletics has at Grumbling State University (GSU) has partnered with a functional food startup Very good (formerly Muniq) and Urban Edge Network (UEN) — a Black-owned media company focused on publishing and distributing content from Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs) — to bring evidence-based gut health solutions to the world of college sports.
Gut health nutrition for athletes
As GSU’s “Official Gut Health Nutrition Partner,” Supergut will provide Grambling State University Athletics with their line of well-balancing shakes and snack bars and how best to incorporate them into the daily diet of student-athletes at GSU.
