Microsoft Corporation MSFT co-founder Bill Gates shared his resume from 1974 on LinkedIn last year.

While sharing his old resume on the social media platform, he told followers that he’s sure their resume looks a lot better than his own.

August 2022 LinkedIn post Read, “Whether you just graduated or dropped out of college, I’m sure your resume looks a lot better than mine did 48 years ago.”

In his CV he mentioned that he had taken courses on operating systems, database management and computer graphics, among other things, and had received A’s in all of these courses.

Responding to his post on the platform, one of his followers said: “Thanks for sharing Bill Gates. Great one page resume. We should keep all copies of our previous resumes to go back and take a look. Sometimes we forget how much we have achieved in our lives.”

His resume was very different from today’s resumes. The resume was created on a typewriter. Although his list of jobs and skills was quite impressive, certain aspects of the resume should have been avoided.
