Shell plc’s share capital as at 28 April 2023 is 6,835,986,816 ordinary shares of €0.07 each. Shell plc has no interest in Treasury.

The number 6,835,986,816 can be used by shareholders as a denominator in the calculation to determine whether they are required to disclose their interest in, or any change in their interest in, Shell plc in accordance with the FCA’s Disclosure Guidelines and Transparency Rules.

Note: This announcement is made in accordance with Disclosure Guidelines and Transparency Rules 5.6.1 and 5.6.1A and therefore the figure above includes shares purchased but not yet canceled by Shell plc under its share buyback programme.
