Former President donald trump has warned of possible “death and destruction” if faced with criminal charges Hush money payment probe.
in one post Speaking on Truth Social, Trump asked how a former president could be charged with a crime, since “possible death and destruction on such a false charge could be catastrophic to our country.”
The controversial figure attacked the Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Brag and other state and federal prosecutors investigating him in Washington, DC and Georgia.
Bragg is currently considering a hush money payment to the porn star Stormy Daniels that Trump was a lawyer at the time Michael Kohen made just before the 2016 presidential election. The investigation includes a $130,000 Payment Cohen admitted to paying Daniels.
In response, Trump has labeled Bragg a racist and “an animal” and linked him to Democratic political donor George Soros.
“Why and who would do such a thing? Just a degenerate psychopath,” Trump said of the prosecutor at Truth Social.
However, Bragg has maintained that he will not tolerate intimidation from Trump or his political supporters

“We will not tolerate attempts to intimidate our office or threaten the rule of law in New York,” the prosecutor said Politically.
“Our law enforcement partners will ensure that any specific or credible threats against the office are fully investigated and that the proper protective measures are put in place so that all 1,600 of us have a safe work environment,” Bragg added.
Last week Trump said he expected to be arrested in the investigation.
The embattled businessman-turned-president and seeking the Republican nomination for the presidency again in 2024 has called for protests ahead of a possible indictment. He added that he would continue campaigning even if charged with a crime.
