SAN DIEGO, April 21, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Shareholder Rights Law Firm Johnson Fistula, LLP announces that a class action lawsuit has been filed on behalf of investors in Trinseo PLC TSE. According to the Complaint, the Defendants made false and misleading statements throughout the Class Period and failed to disclose, among other things: (1) The Company’s Bristol, Pennsylvania facility had a problematic safety record during its prior ownership and continued to be unsafe thereafter the Company has it acquired; (2) Defendants have failed to adequately disclose specific risks associated with conducting operations at this facility; (3) Operating a chemical plant with an unsafe history and current unsafe operations exposed the company to an increased risk of a chemical spill or other adverse event; and (4) as a result, the statements made by the defendants regarding their business, operations and prospects were materially false and misleading and at all times lacked a reasonable basis.
