Since acquiring their distributor in 2018, Safe Orthopedics have had a direct sales team and a long term track record of customer acceptance in Scotland.

In England and Wales, distribution is indirect. Unlike England, Safe Orthopedics had never initiated a commercial approach in Wales. These direct and indirect distributors are contracted with the same vendor to facilitate day-to-day interactions with the Safe Orthopedics sales team.

Pierre Dumouchelchairman of the Safe Group, said:Our presence in the UK for several years has led us to create a hybrid organisation, which take into account local characteristics and will enable us to sustain double-digit growth in the region. The reinforcement of our UK commercial resources aims to support an already significant growth of 19% in 2022 and +25% in the first quarter of 2023 and to maximize commercial contribution“.
