On November 8, 2022, Unisys announced that it was “unable to file its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2022 (the “Form 10-Q”).

According to the complaint, on November 7, 2022, Unisys issued a press release after the IPO disclosing that the company lowered its previously stated 2022 financial guidance by a significant amount and that it “would not be able to file without undue effort.” and expenses and within the required time limit, its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2022 (the ‘Form 10-Q’).”
