Gamers, get ready to put your skills to the test and win a free one-month trial of Apple Inc AAPL AppleTV+ by playing the classic game “Tetris”.

What happened: apple and PlayStudios have teamed up to offer a free trial AppleTV+ to players in honor of the launch of “Tetris,” the highly anticipated movie feature Taron Egerton, reported Apple.

Players now have the opportunity to exchange their earned points from daily missions and challenges within the Tetris game. You can then exchange 2,000 in-game points and receive a one-month free trial of the streaming service.

However, this free one-month trial is only available to new subscribers and cannot be used by Apple One subscribers. The closing date for this award is June 8th.

Users can download Tetris for free from the App Store on iPhones and iPads compatible with iOS 11, iPadOS 11 or later versions.

Currently, The Apple TV+ subscription costs $6.99 per month after a one-week free trial.

Why it matters: The upcoming movie Tetris tells the true story of “how a man risked his life to outsmart the KGB and make Tetris a worldwide sensation”. The film was directed Jon S Baird and written by Noah Rosa.

It is scheduled to appear on the streaming platform on Friday.
