Tesla Inc TSLA Shares are trading up 2.45% to $121.76, albeit below the session high of $125.95 the company applied for an expansion of the Gigafactory Texas.
Texas Department of Licensing and Registration filings revealed plans to spend over $770 million to build electric vehicle facilities at the Texas factory. Tesla provided funds for activities such as testing and manufacturing battery cells, manufacturing cathodes and drive units, and tooling, among other activities.
