US stock futures were trading slightly lower this morning. Here are some big stocks that posted gains in today’s premarket trading session.

• Allogeneic Therapeutics, Inc. ALLO Shares are up 7.4% in premarket trading at $7.37 after gaining around 5% on Monday. Baird recently upgraded Allogene Therapeutics to Outperform from Neutral and announced a price target of $12.
• 1-800-FLOWERS.COM, Inc. FLWS Shares are up 7.3% in premarket trading at $10.00. 1-800-FLOWERS.COM is expected to report financial results for the second quarter of fiscal 2023 on February 2, 2023.
• AST SpaceMobile, Inc. ASTS Shares are up 6.2% in premarket trading at $5.65. AST SpaceMobile and NASA last month signed a joint agreement to improve space security.

• Bed Bath & Beyond Inc. BBBY Shares are up 6.2% in premarket trading at $3.12 after falling 12% on Monday. Bed Bath & Beyond recently received notification of a delayed earnings report from NASDAQ.
• Yext, Inc. YEXT Climbed 4.5% to $6.99 in premarket trading after the company said it would cut the company’s workforce by 8% of full-time employees as part of its restructuring plan.
• ContextLogic Inc WISH Soared 4.4% to $0.70 in premarket trading after gaining more than 7% on Monday.
• Desktop Metal Inc DM Shares are up 4.3% in premarket trading at $1.95.
