STOCKHOLM, December 30, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — Skanska has signed a contract with the Virginia Department of Forensic Science (DFS) and the Department of General Services to build a new forensic laboratory Richmond, Va, UNITED STATES. The contract is worth it $189 millionabove SEK 1.9 billionwhich will be included in US orders for the fourth quarter of 2022.

The project includes the construction of a four-story, state-of-the-art forensic facility covering approximately 900,000 square feet.
