Plans are underway for Joe Biden to announce his intends to run for a second term as US President

What happened: The president’s advisers and allies are making preparations for a video announcement Tuesday, which would also mark the anniversary of his 2019 campaign announcement. reported The Washington Post cites people familiar with the matter.
