On November 4, the opening ceremony of the 2022 Chinese + Business Training Course for Russian Business Chinese Professionals online, hosted by the Center for Language Education and Cooperation (CLEC) and organized by Dalian University of Technology, opened online. The event was attended by Yang Jun, deputy director of CLEC; Liu Tong, director of the Bureau of International Exchange and Cooperation, Ministry of Education of Liaoning Province; Lu Anhui, Deputy Vice President, Dalian Technical University; Jiang Yue, head of Human Resources at Geely Auto International Corporation; and Sun Yuzhou, campus recruitment director of Midea Group in Liaoning Province. All teachers and 300 students of this training program attended the ceremony online.

Yang Jun said in his speech that humankind shares a common destiny, and only by supporting each other and working together for win-win outcomes can we share the fruits of development. As each’s closest neighbor and comprehensive strategic coordination partner in the new era, China and Russia should expand practical cooperation in various fields, which not only serves the interests and welfare of the two peoples, but also needs language as an important bridge and more compound professionals. The purpose of this training program is to pool the human resources and beneficial industries of China and Russia, and accelerate the training of business and trade professionals who “understand business”, “understand Chinese” and “know China” to ensure the smooth and diversified development of economic and commercial exchanges between the two countries.
