dr Keith White, Esq. publishes his dissertation on the importance of private investment in non-profit initiatives. This qualitative study is a comprehensive look at the broader good that can be achieved through public and private partnerships.

dr Keith White, Esq. was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, in the borough of Brownsville. As a member of an underserved and incredibly underprivileged community, Keith is committed to the universal fight for human equality. This commitment isn’t just in the courtroom, but extends to many of his charitable and civic engagements. While a trial attorney at heart, Keith has worked in a variety of disciplines.

dr White began his career as an educator at Boys & Girls HS (while attending law school) and then as a prosecutor in the Kings County District Attorney’s Office. Since leaving the DA’s office, Keith has opened private practice, worked as an independent consultant for Brooklyn pastor and city leader AR Bernard, and worked with NYCHA, HPD and HUD to develop and build affordable housing for thousands of underprivileged members of Brooklyn and New Zealand Parish of York City. While previously serving as co-chair of the Board of Girls Education Mentoring Services (GEMS) for three years, Keith has remained on the board of this powerful organization that provides ongoing and comprehensive services to meet the needs of commercially and sexually exploited girls and young women in Brooklyn and across the United States. In addition to GEMS, Keith has joined the board of directors of KAVI (Kings Against Violence Initiative), one of Dr. Rob Gore, a nonprofit organization critically acclaimed for reducing violence and providing service to underserved communities in New York.
