About the lawsuit

Dutch Bros and certain of its officers are alleged to have failed to disclose material information during the Class Period in violation of federal securities laws.

On May 11, 2022, the company announced dismal financial results for the first quarter of 2022, including a net loss of $16.3 million compared to a net loss of $4.8 million for the first quarter of 2021 and an adjusted net loss of $2.5 million (a loss of $0.02 per share). ), which fell short of analysts’ expectations in part because it “failed to recognize the speed and magnitude of cost escalation within the quarter.”
