Liquidity Services Announces Resignation of Patrick W. Gross and…

BETHESDA, Md., Feb. 02, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — Liquidity Services LQDT www.liquidityservices.com))), a global reverse supply chain solution provider with the world’s largest surplus business marketplace, today made the following announcements regarding its Board of Directors, in line with its long-term succession planning.

Effective February 1, 2023, Patrick W. Gross will step down from the Company’s Board of Directors after 22 years of dedicated service, in accordance with the Company’s succession plan to allow for the addition of new directors. Mr. Gross joined the Company’s Board of Directors in February 2001 and has been Lead Director since 2013. Mr. Gross was a member of the Audit Committee and the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee from 2006 until his retirement. From 2006 to 2015, Mr. Gross was also Chairman of the Compensation Committee.

Liquidity Services also announced today the appointment of Thierno “Amath” Fall to the Company’s Board of Directors and to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors, effective February 1, 2023.
