The New Pacific School is a small school, open to all students, building bonds between student, family and school, with the unique option of a hands-on and project-based curriculum, where teachers serve as guides and encourage a cooperative student. centered environment. The school will add a middle school in 2024 and a high school soon after.

The New Pacific School is part of the Pacific Charter Institute (PCI), a nonprofit organization founded in 2005 by educators in Sacramento. PCI has extensive experience serving students and families throughout Northern California, including the New Pacific School – Roseville, which opened this fall. With the go-ahead from the FCUSD school board, members of the New Pacific School will begin enrolling students at the Rancho Cordova site for the upcoming school year.
