Expert in the grower of functional and magic mushrooms Optimi Health Corp. OPTHF has signed an agreement with Avida Globala privately owned UK manufacturer of white label products including nutraceuticals and medicinal cannabis oils.

The deal includes that Optimi will supply Avida with a large catalogue its functional mushroom supplement formulations. The products will then available for commercial distribution through Avida, which will act as the exclusive distributor for the Optimi line of functional mushroom products UK, EU, Switzerland, India, Japan, Indonesia, Thailand and Israel.

Interestingly, the terms of the agreement provide that Potential for Commercialization of Psilocybin Mushrooms through the same sales channels if the requirements are still evolving and regulations from International allow markets.

on the agreement, Optimi CEO Bill Ciprick stated that the company’s goal “has consistently been to become the world’s leading supplier of functional and psychedelic mushroom products, without exception.”

Ciprick said believes in the current deal EU GMP partner Avida “aligns directly with our goal of commercializing and generating revenue.”

On behalf of Avida, Global Managing Director and Head of UK Operations Paul Parkinson agreed with Ciprick, adding, “Both Avida and Optimi share similar synergies and place quality and science at the heart of everything we do.
