  • REV Group Inc REVG has appointed its CFO Mark Skonieczny as its Interim CEO, effective January 27, 2023.

  • Rod Rushing has resigned as President and Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the Board of Directors.

  • Effective immediately, Skonieczny will join the REV Group board and remain CFO.

  • He will serve as interim CEO until the position is permanent.
