VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / August 29, 2022 / Alliance Mining Corp. (TSX.V:ALM) (“alliance” or the “company’) announces that the Supreme Court of British Columbia (the ‘claim“) against Tiberius Gold Corp. (“Tiberius“), a private company from British Columbia. The lawsuit alleges that Tiberius breached its obligations to the Company under a mineral property option agreement dated January 27, 2017 (the “option agreement‘) granting the Company the right to acquire 14 mineral properties known as the ‘Red Rice Lake’ claims (the ‘Property’) is located at Bissett Gold Camp in Manitoba. Despite Alliance making all option payments it believed were necessary to complete the acquisition of the property and despite Alliance’s repeated demands, Tiberius has insisted on its refusal to transfer the property.

Since its March 15, 2021 press release regarding its difficulties with Tiberius, management has made extensive efforts to resolve these matters without resorting to litigation. While management regrets having to file the lawsuit, it has concluded that it must do so now to protect the legitimate interests of the company and its stakeholders.

The lawsuit seeks relief against Tiberius, principally including a specific performance order of the option agreement ordering that Tiberius promptly register an assignment of 100% right, title and interest in and to the property to Alliance. The company’s allegations have not yet been proven in court.
