The human resources (HR) industry has historically been slow to innovate, but that could be changing thanks to artificial intelligence (AI) and ChatGPT. From recruiting to candidate selection to employee retention, this technology has the potential to transform the HR industry—in a good way

More personalization, less friction

With each passing year, consumers expect a more personalized and frictionless shopping experience. Still, this has gradually crept into the recruitment process.

By using AI, companies are saying goodbye to process-oriented recruiting systems and experiences.

More specifically, AI and chatbots can manage many of the mundane and less personalized aspects of recruiting, such as reviewing resumes and scheduling interviews with candidates.

Once a new job posting is posted online – which can also be created using ChatGPT – AI can screen and rank candidates for recruiters. The process can then be handed off to chatbots that provide candidates with information on interview availability, job responsibilities, compensation, and benefits.
