Disney+ price increase will be here tomorrow: Here’s how you can…

Walt Disney Co.‘s DIS Disney+ Members who aren’t interested in paying an extra $3 to access Disney-owned content have a small window to take quick action.

What happened: Disney+ members must pay $10.99 instead of $7.99 starting December 8th — Users who are not yet ready for the 30% increase can take quick action with these two steps, according to to Apple Insider.

First: Disney is introducing a new ad-supported tier for $7.99 — a price users are already used to. Although ad-supported members do have to see some ads, at least there won’t be a huge bill at the end of the month.

Second: Buy an annual subscription. Users who are binge watchers and use Disney+ regularly should opt for an annual subscription. It currently costs $79 for a year, but starting December 8th it will be $109.99 – so make a decision quickly.

Why it matters: Disney+ isn’t the only one Streaming service that has raised prices.

Disney’s television service Hi has also raised the prices of his Hulu + Live TV Package — from the first billing period on or after December 8th.

youtube Premium Family Plan has also increased prices from $17.99 to $22.99.

Similar, Apple has hiked the prices for Apple One, Apple Music and AppleTV+ subscriptions.
