• DLocal Limited DLO Shares fell 11.4% to $15.00 in premarket trading after the company released weaker-than-expected Q4 results.
• Brooge Energy Limited BROG Shares fell 6.7% to $5.41 in premarket trading.
• Shengfeng development limited SFWL Shares fell 6.7% to $3.78 in premarket trading. Shengfeng Development announced the completion of the IPO.
• Metropolitan Bank Holding Corp. MCB Shares fell 6.5% to $26.91 in premarket trading after falling around 7% on Tuesday. The Metropolitan Bank recently released updated financial information.
• Source Materials, Inc. ORGAN Shares fell 5.7% to $3.80 in premarket trading. Origin Materials recently announced the appointment of Craig Rogerson and R. Tony Tripeny to its Board of Directors.

• Getty Images Holdings, Inc. GETY Shares fell 5.5% to $5.71 in premarket trading. Getty Images recently reported worse-than-expected fourth-quarter financial results and issued a FY23 sales guidance that came in below estimates.
• Xponential Fitness, Inc. XPOF Shares fell 4.2% in premarket trading to $29.82.
• C3.ai, Inc AI Shares fell 4.1% in premarket trading to $23.93. C3.ai shares fell over 26% on Tuesday after Kerrisdale Capital sent a letter to the company’s auditor and the SEC alleging alleged accounting issues.
• To the Holding AG ONON Shares fell 4% to $31.20 in premarket trading after gaining over 4% on Tuesday.
• SMART Global Holdings, Inc. SGH slipped 2.1% to $16.19 in premarket trading. SMART Global reported positive fiscal second quarter results while revenue missed estimates. The company also issued weak guidance.
