HAMILTON, Bermuda, May 05, 2023 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) – Enstar Group Limited (“Enstar”) ESGR announced today that it will pay cash dividends on its Series D and Series E Preferred Stock.

Dividends on Enstar’s 7.00% fixed-floating perpetual, non-cumulative Series D Preferred Stock of $0.43750 per depositary share (each representing a 1/1,000 share of a Series D Preferred Stock) will be paid on June 1, 2023 payable to shareholders of record on May 15, 2023.

Dividends on Enstar’s perpetual, non-cumulative 7.00% Series E Preferred Stock of $0.43750 per common share (each representing a 1/1,000th interest in a Series E Preferred Stock) will be paid on June 1st 2023 Paid to shareholders of record on May 15th, 2023.
