jump therapy JNCE: Jounce shares are up over 70% in the last five days. The move comes after Company Shared Data from its phase 2 study of JTX-8064 and pimivalimab in patients with ovarian cancer. The company is looking for a partner for JTX-8064. The strong results could help the company gain a partner and become what investors are counting on. Jump is also the Subject of buyout and merger talks with several companies.

Esperion therapeutics ESPR: Esperion’s shares hit fresh 52-week lows this week but are seeing increasing interest from investors. The company’s partner Daiichi Sankyo Europe said Esperion will not receive milestone payments for any of its treatments. Esperion believes it should receive $300 million in milestone payments and is working towards a resolution. The company also said that a delay in receiving payments, or no payments at all, “could significantly impact the company’s future capital needs.”

Analysts were mixed on the news update from the company. HC Wainwright Analyst Joseph Pantginis repeated a purchase recommendation and $22 price target for stocks. Needham Analyst Serge Belanger kept a buy rating and lowered the price target to $12 from $16. Bank of America analyst Jason Zemansky Shares downgraded from “Neutral” to “Underperform” and lowered…
