CINCINNATI, OH, December 13, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — include health, a digital musculoskeletal health company (MSK), today announced a partnership with Yale New Haven Health System (YNHHS) to transform the way people care for musculoskeletal disorders. The partnership aims to provide a best-in-class hybrid MSK care model for all YNHHS patients. The care model combines Yale New Haven Health’s world-renowned orthopedic services with IncludeHealth’s Musculoskeletal Operating System (MSK-OS™) to deliver virtual physical therapy in patients’ homes.

The MSK-OS™ is a hardware-free, device-agnostic platform that combines the most accessible, measurable body tracking technology with proprietary clinical intelligence and tools to transform virtual MSK care. This platform allows YNHHS clinicians to offer patients an interactive virtual home exercise program to complement in-person services, monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans remotely. This hybrid model is the first of its kind in the industry and is suitable for a wide range of patients including those undergoing surgery, those suffering from chronic pain and those undergoing outpatient physical therapy.

The partnership began in early 2022 at Yale New Haven Hospital with doctors and patients. Both parties are excited about the potential of expanding this model across the healthcare system in the future.
