(NASDAQ, EuronextAmsterdam: VEON), a global digital operator offering converged connectivity and online services, would like the beneficial owners in the 2023 Notes (the “2023 bondholders“), issued by the Issuer, with a view to entering into discussions with 2023 Bondholders in relation to the 2023 Bonds shortly. Holders of the 2023 Bonds are therefore requested to contact VEON Ltd. as soon as possible. The relevant contact details of VEON Ltd.. for these purposes are set out at the end of this notice.
VEON Ltd. is unable to engage with any 2023 Noteholders who are designated under EU, UK, US or other applicable sanctions regimes or are otherwise subject to asset freezes or similar lockup restrictions. Accordingly, such holders should not contact VEON Ltd. contact to respond to this announcement.
