Merger of Applied UV with PURO and LED Supply to effectively double…

Applied UV, Inc. AUVI announced that it has completed its previously announced mergers with Puro Lighting, LLC (“PURO”) and LED Supply Co. (“LED Supply”).

The PURO merger positions the company to address a growing air sanitization market trend that aligns with the White House’s “Clean Air Initiatives” launched during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic to educate consumers and businesses to protect existing and future airborne pathogens and enable savings to remain open worldwide.

The combined companies have proven applications that can now be incorporated to improve indoor air quality (IAQ) at the building level, including HVAC systems in public, state, municipal, retail spaces and buildings. Through the PURO merger, Applied UV is one of the few companies in the world to offer a complete air and surface disinfection platform spanning consumer, stationary and mobile, and commercial applications that are research-backed, clinically tested, and deployed to Fortune 100 end users worldwide several industries.
