NWTN signs MOU with Al Kalid Auto LLC for sale of Rabdan…

DUBAIUnited Arab Emirates, April 17, 2023 /PRNewswire/ — NWTN Inc. NWTNan environmentally conscious mobility technology company bringing to the world passenger-centric green premium mobility solutions (“NWTN”), announced today that it has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with Al Kalid Auto LLC (“Al Kalid“) for the delivery of over one thousand Rabdan ONE vehicles over the next two years. With the MoU, NWTN starts the development of its sales and distribution network in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries.

Under the letter of intent, Al Kalid becomes the exclusive distributor of Rabdan brand vehicles, enabling the sale of Rabdan vehicles, parts and accessories along with the provision of after-sales service within the company State of Kuwait. Al Kalid will promote the Rabdan brand and plans to set up a flagship showroom at Warehouse Mall in Sadiya and develop three more outlets.

NWTN will help Al Kalid with technical, after-sales, marketing and communication support throughout the MOU.

The letter of intent between NWTN and Al Kalid was signed at the NWTN Suhoor Assembly held to mark the holy month of Ramadan at the NWTN Assembly Facility in the Khalifa Economic Zone Abu Dhabi (“KEZAD”).

NWTN completed the construction of its facility at KEZAD in late 2022. The KEZAD facility enables NWTN to meet the rapidly growing demand for electric vehicles in the United Arab Emirates and the United Arab Emirates middle EastPromoting green mobility and accelerating the sustainable energy transition in the UAE.

Guests mingled and enjoyed traditional Suhoor dishes and also got an exclusive preview and experience of Rabdan ONE, the first Rabdan brand product.

The origin of the Rabdan brand is deeply rooted in Arabic culture. The brand will cover a full range of smart new energy passenger vehicle products, from extended range to all-electric technology solutions.
