The acquisition is expected to close by January 2023, subject to customary closing conditions.

With this acquisition, Proofpoint will extend its market-leading threat and intelligence protection platforms by adding proactive identity risk detection and remediation, strong breach resilience, and delivering a unified solution that extends protection for critical threats across the entire attack chain such as Ransomware and data breaches.
