After Wagner group was alleged deprived of the right to recruit convicts from prisonsThe Wladimir Putin-connected mercenary tries to lure civilians for a hefty salary and a lucrative bonus.

What happened: According to an ad on Telegram channel PMC Wagner, The private military group recruits army personnel in Russia‘s Molkino region.

The group caters to people aged 22 to 50 who are “patriotic” and “strong in spirit”. It offers financial compensation from 240,000 rubles ($3,200) per month and “the bonus can be 1 million rubles”.

It also promises to “provide paid vacation, treatment, compensation and the provision of high-paying work if injuries prevent you from going on business trips, the opportunity to work anywhere in the world!”

Some of the Vacancies included gunner, machine gunner, grenade launcher, Snipers, electronic warfare specialists, air traffic controllers, S-300 crew, fighter pilots and more.

While the Wagner Group promises all of these benefits, reports have indicated that it is forcing people to renew contracts and if they try to flee, it kills her with a sledgehammer.
