Ray Dalio recalls Jeff Bezos’ quote about making mistakes: “If you don’t…

Billionaire investor Ray Daliothe founder of the world’s largest hedge fund Bridgewater Associatesbelieves one should recognize that errors are a natural part of the evolutionary process was reported in October 2022.

Dalio said if you can’t tolerate failure, you won’t grow. “You will make yourself and everyone around you miserable, and your work environment will be one of petty slander and malicious barbs rather than a healthy, honest search for the truth,” he said.

The billionaire investor explained that if you don’t mind going wrong on the road to justice, there’s scope to learn a lot while increasing effectiveness. “You can’t let your need to be right outweigh your need to find out what’s true,” he said.

Dalio is a big believer in fairness and believes it shouldn’t be taken for granted. Last week, through a series of tweets, he explained that there is a clear difference between fairness and generosity and that people should be able to distinguish between them.
