On May 1, 2023, E2open announced its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year of fiscal 2023. Among other things, E2open reported a 6.6% decline in SaaS revenue in the fourth quarter compared to the same period last year. The company also provided fiscal 2024 revenue guidance in the range of $545 million to $555 million, well below consensus estimates. After the announcement of E2open, several rating agencies downgraded the company.

As a result of this news, E2open’s share price fell $1.83 per share, or 29.33%, to close at $4.41 per share on May 2, 2023.
