The 2024 election could turn into a rematch of the 2020 election in which the former Vice President ran Joe Biden defeat the incumbent president donald trump As the campaign intensifies and negative remarks are likely to be exchanged, Trump has already coined a new nickname for Biden.

What happened: President Biden made his 2024 re-election campaign official last week with a morning announcement from Tuesday April 25, 2023.

The message follows Trump Announcement late 2022 that he would stand for re-election. Biden and Trump are among favorites to win the 2024 presidential election with Florida governor Ron DeSantis is also expected to be a favourite, although he has not officially declared his running plans.

At a recent rally, Trump announced that he would end the use of the famous nickname “Crooked Hillary” in reference to Hillary Clintonwhom he defeated in the 2016 election.

“I’m taking back Hillary Clinton’s Crooked name,” Trump said Thursday. “I’ll give her a new name. I don’t know how maybe ‘Lovely Hillary’ or ‘Beautiful Hillary’ but I’m going to retire the name ‘Crooked’ so we can use the name for Joe Biden – because from now on he will be known as ‘Crooked Joe’ Biden .”

The news out of The New York Post comes as Clinton is unlikely to contest the 2024 election and Biden may emerge as Trump’s main opponent in the general election, assuming both secure their respective party’s nominations.

“You’d think Hillary would be very happy today,” Trump said. “I think she will be — she’s out there somewhere, celebrating because there’s never been anyone in the history of American politics who’s been as crooked or dishonest as Joe Biden.”

Trump said the media avoids reporting on Biden’s allegedly dishonest actions because they themselves are corrupt.
