ZTE and Ooredoo Group extend partnership agreement for another five years

SHENZHEN, China, March 8, 2023 /PRNewswire/ — ZTE Corporation (0763.HK / 000063.SZ), a leading global provider of information and communication technology solutions, has signed the global framework agreement with Ooredoo Group for Ooredoo Algeria’s network modernization and associated implementation and maintenance services expanded as supply and delivery of lithium battery products.

ZTE and Ooredoo will expand transport network cooperation, including large-scale commercial deployment of SRv6. The new solution will transform the traditional transport network architecture into a 5G-oriented programmable one.

ZTE will work with Ooredoo on energy. With ZTE’s latest high-efficiency power system and Smart Li batteries, Ooredoo will improve energy efficiency and extend battery life while protecting current battery investments and fulfilling its social commitment to building greener networks.
